This is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Rescript Genetics provides nutritional and wellness information based on genetic data analysis. We are not a healthcare provider. Nothing in our reports constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your supplement regimen, diet, or exercise habits.
By accessing or using the Rescript Genetics website (rescriptgenetics.com) or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Rescript Genetics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Rescript Genetics," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. This Service is currently available to United States residents only.

The Service is provided for wellness and educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or health condition. Important: Dietary supplements can interact with prescription medications and existing health conditions. You must consult your physician or pharmacist before beginning any supplement protocol, particularly if you take prescription medications, have a chronic health condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you upload genetic data belonging to another person, you represent that you have obtained that person's explicit informed consent to do so.
You retain full ownership of your genetic data. By uploading your raw DNA file, you grant Rescript Genetics a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your genetic data solely for the purpose of generating your personalized wellness report.
Rescript Genetics relies on the accuracy of the genetic data file you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy of consumer genetic testing results. Consumer genetic tests are not medical diagnostic tests and may contain errors.
You may only upload your own genetic data or genetic data for which you have explicit written authorization from the data subject. Uploading another person's genetic data without their consent may violate federal and state genetic privacy laws including the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and applicable state biometric privacy statutes.
As described in our Privacy Policy, your raw genetic file is processed transiently and permanently deleted immediately after your report is generated. Your generated wellness report is retained internally for up to 21 days to facilitate practitioner review of your supplement protocol, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. We do not maintain a permanent database of user genetic information. Your IP address, email, and consent acknowledgments are logged at the time of submission for legal compliance purposes and retained permanently.
Supplement protocols generated by Rescript Genetics are subject to an automated AI safety review and final approval by the Rescript Genetics practitioner of record before they are made available for purchase. The automated safety review evaluates potential supplement interactions and dose concerns. A protocol will not be available for purchase until it has been approved. This review is a quality control measure and does not constitute a clinical evaluation, medical diagnosis, or patient-provider relationship.
Rescript Genetics maintains an internal record of the peer-reviewed scientific literature that informs each supplement recommendation in your report. This citation record is linked to your report by a unique report identifier and is retained indefinitely as part of our methodology documentation. It contains no genetic data, raw SNP data, or personal health information and is not shared with any third party.
The service is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only. The information provided by Rescript Genetics is not medical advice and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in a Rescript Genetics report. If you have or suspect you may have a medical condition, consult your physician or other qualified health provider promptly.
Dietary supplements are not regulated by the FDA in the same way as pharmaceutical drugs. Statements regarding any specific vitamins, supplements, or products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products and the information provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The Service requires payment of a one-time fee of $20.00 USD per analysis, charged at the time of purchase via Stripe.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchase of the Service in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, software, content, trademarks, and trade dress, is owned by Rescript Genetics LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
The wellness report generated for you is licensed for your personal use only. You may share your report with your healthcare providers. You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit your report without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rescript Genetics disclaims all warranties including but not limited to: (a) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; (b) warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components; (c) warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report or recommendation; (d) warranties that any supplement recommendation will produce any particular health outcome.
Nutrigenomics is an evolving science. Genetic associations with supplement needs may change as research advances. Rescript Genetics makes no warranty that our analysis reflects the current state of scientific knowledge.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rescript Genetics and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; (c) any personal injury, adverse health outcome, or property damage arising from your use of the service or any supplement taken based on our recommendations; (d) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim ($20.00 USD for a single analysis).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rescript Genetics and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@rescriptgenetics.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND RESCRIPT GENETICS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or genetic privacy rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where feasible, notify users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and Rescript Genetics with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
